Harold Mills
CEO
CEO of VMD Ventures focused on investing in entrepreneurs in a variety of technology and service industries. Mills is also former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ZeroChaos, a leading global workforce management company. Mills is attributed with building ZeroChaos from inception to a multi-billion-dollar company with operations in over 53 countries.
He serves on the boards of Guidewell and Florida Blue, Rollins College, University of Central Florida, Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center, and LIFT Orlando, among others. He is a past board member for Florida Council of 100, Florida A&M University, the Jacksonville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and former chairman of Florida Citrus Sports, and recently he led the Heart of Florida's United Way campaign.
A Henry Crown Fellow and member of the Aspen Global Leaders, Mr. Mills has been honored with many awards induding the EY (formerly Ernst & Young) Entrepreneur of the Year; the Peter Yessne Industry Innovator of the Year; Human Resources Outsourcing Association Thought Leader of the Year; Orlando's Entrepreneur of the Year; Orlando Business Journal's Top 40 under 40, and many others. Mr. Mills earned a bachelor's degree from Purdue University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Adrian Muhammad

Mr. Muhammad layers a penetrating insight in business, finance, strategy and marketing in the stewardship of strategic, operational and technical engagements for some of the largest organizations in the world.
Mr. Muhammad most recently served as Vice-President of the Corporate Initiative Group for ZeroChaos, a global business unit created specifically to advantage Mr. Muhammad's strategic, analytical, operational and innovation-centered skillset.
Possessing over 20 years of technology, consulting and business development experience, Mr. Muhammad has worked with a wide range of organizations from start-up to global, publicly traded companies in a number of industries including manufacb.Jring, private equity, international finance, technology, telecommunications, product development, consulting, marketing, and government.
Mr. Muhammad received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) from Purdue University and is a graduate of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program (AMP 195). Mr. Muhammad is also a graduate of Singularity University; the acclaimed global exponential innovation think tank based at the NASA Research Park in Silicon Valley.
Carlos Y. Quinones

Carlos Quinones, a native of San Juan, Puerto Rico has 20 years of demonstrated history working in small business development, strategic marketing operations and international business. Lead operations and strategic direction of certified minority business enterprise, Display America. Responsible for bottom-line factors, long-range planning, growth, product development and marketing. Display America, Inc. (DA), established in 2003, is a Minority and Family Owned Business with strategic locations in Orlando, Atlanta, Chicago, Las Vegas and San Juan. The DA team combines over 50 years of experience in designing brand-driven, customer-focused exhibits, events and experiences for companies of all sizes around the world.
Quinones serves on the board of lnRoads Visiones, Florida State Minority MBEIC and FAHS Sports Hall of Fame. He is actively involved in the community and non-profit organizations such as Hands on Atlanta, Second Harvest of Central Florida and Alzheimer's Association. Quinones graduated from the Department of Defense Schools in Frankfurt, Germany and earned his BBA from Georgia State University.
Ahmad Ayyash
Procurement
Native Floridian and first generation Jordanian-American. Ahmad Ayyash graduated from the University of Central Florida in the College of Business and earned his B.S.B.A.
With a focus in small business finance, Ahmad plans on reshaping his understanding on small business-development by applying accounting, finance, and marketing principles to a PPE through his Financial Assistant position at VMD Global health.
Through Mr. Ayyash’s college experience, he was able to intern at an accounting firm in Orlando, FL which has developed his Excel, QuickBooks, and accounting methods to an organization.
Mr. Ayyash was diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma cancer. After he went through remission, he spent his time giving back to the community that helped shape and form the person he is today. With more than 10 years of volunteering services for Give Kids the World, he hopes to make a difference in a child’s life just like how the company has changed his.
